VOCATIONAL TRAINING Course Summary
The Five-Day Vocational Training Programme is designed to develop practical skills and technical knowledge among students and trainees. The course aims to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world application, empowering participants with hands-on experience in their chosen vocational field.
During the five days of training, participants are introduced to the fundamentals of vocational work, safety practices, and the use of tools and materials. The program emphasizes active learning through demonstrations, practice sessions, and project-based activities. Each day is structured to gradually build competence — starting from basic concepts on Day 1 to advanced practice and evaluation by Day 5.
In addition to technical skills, the course encourages creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation. Participants learn to apply their knowledge efficiently, ensuring quality and productivity in their work. The final day focuses on assessment, feedback, and future opportunities in employment or self-employment.
By the end of the programme, trainees gain confidence, skill proficiency, and an understanding of vocational ethics and professionalism. This training serves as a foundation for sustainable livelihood and personal development, promoting a culture of skill-based learning for a brighter future.
